How do I book your services for my event?

Can I book you for a destination wedding?
Of course - we love travelling and documenting people’s love stories therefore destination weddings are one of our favourites to shoot. Travel and accommodation fees will apply but you’ll be provided a breakdown of all the costs required at time of enquiry.
How do you price your services?

Who will be filming our wedding? Will it be you personally?
Every Frame Counts is led by Demi our founder, and she’s always closely involved in the creative direction of every wedding we capture.
Depending on availability and the size or scale of your event, your wedding may be filmed either by Demi personally or by one of our carefully selected and fully trained freelance content creators.
If a freelancer is assigned to your wedding, please rest assured they have been trained to deliver the same signature style, professionalism, and attention to detail that Every Frame Counts is known for. We follow a consistent creative process, and all footage is edited in house to ensure your final film reflects our brand’s cinematic storytelling style.
Your experience and the quality of your film will always remain our top priority; regardless of who is behind the camera on the day.
When should I book in advance?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons and popular dates. The more time we have to prepare, the better we can tailor our services to your needs.
Will we get raw footage or edited content?
Both, all the raws from your event & You’ll receive professionally edited content — a curated collection of your story that reflects the mood, energy, and heart of your event. If you have specific editing or format requests, just let us know.
Can we customise our package?
Absolutely all our packages are flexible. Whether you want coverage for just part of the day or a full documentary-style edit, we tailor the experience to match your vision.
Do you work alongside our photographer and videographer?
Absolutely. We work seamlessly alongside your existing suppliers and are experienced in blending into the background without disrupting the flow of your day. Communication and collaboration are key we’re there to enhance, not interrupt.
What happens if there’s an emergency or you’re unwell?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a trusted network of trained associate creators who can step in. All associates are aligned with our brand style and standards, and all editing is handled in-house to maintain consistency and quality.
Is a deposit required to secure our date?
Yes a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Once your deposit is received and your contract signed, your wedding is officially reserved in our calendar.
